MECHANICAL SEAL REPAIR AND REBUILDING

We provide repair of mechanical seals of all major seal manufacturers. This repair covers replacement of all consumable parts including seal faces, o-rings, springs, grub screws, spacer rings, gasket and metal body. Our Seal Engineering Division studies each seal, its service parameters, its installation and equipment data. Each repaired seal qualifies test-run of 20 minutes at closely matching or actual service parameters.

PUMP & VALVE REPAIR AND REBUILDING

Customers requiring repairs (or upgrades) of pumps or are seeking gland-packing to machanical seal conversion for operational economy, can avail our services, skills and engineering knowledge for this purpose. If practical, we can bring the pump at our workshop for repairs or conduct the same at plant site. Annual maintenance contracts are made with interested customers.

CRITICAL MECHANICAL PARTS RE-ENGINEERING

Customers requiring economy in imported parts and yet seek highest quality product are offered our re-engineering services. Actual part, its application detail and drawing are required for reproducing similar part. In-house drafting, design and fabrication facilities are available at our workshop where professionals ensure quality control for each job.

COATING & LINING CONTRACTS

Company has equipment and team to conduct on-site industrial coating jobs for inernal and external lining of (metallic) sotrage tanks and piping. Other coatings for combating seepage or waterproofing problem of undergroundloverhead water reservoirs or floors are also available. Specialized jobs of ceramic, quartz, glassfiber and carbide coatings aer carried out for rebuilding or protection of equipment parts from corrosion, erosion, abrasion, wear and chemcial attack.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY

We conduct paint survey for rotating and stationary equipment, in order to identify and recommend ways to standardize parts, reduce inventory, minimize energy input, improve safety and eliminate product losses due to leakage and emissions. Such acitivity also helps customer to plan effectively for future maintenance.

TECHNICAL TRAINING

In-plant product training is available upon request. It can be tailor-made to meet customer’s specific requirements. Following are some examples:
  • Mechanical sealing awareness, techniques, installations and troubleshooting.
  • Training workshop for improved maintenance of pumps and other rotary equipment.
  • Training to improve common maintenance practices and use of proper tools.
  • Reducing energy and leakage losses in the plant.
  • Reclaiming worn-out equipment and parts and their protection during service.
  • Proper use of gland packings, gaskets and o-rings.
